Boise St. Kicker target of threats; taunts

Boise State placekicker, Kyle Brotzman, has been the target of threats and taunts from Boise State “fans” since he missed two short field goals, one at the end of regulation and one in overtime, that cost Boise a shot at a BCS bowl game.  http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=5864003

Two things Boise St followers:  a) Even if you had won, the chances that your team would have been in the National Championship game ranged between slim and none.  You would have been angry and disappointed at being snubbed but snubbed you would have been.  b)  Real classy Boise St. “fans.”  Brotzman has been a great kicker for the past few years for you.  At this time you should be rallying around him, not issuing death threats and bad taunting jokes. 

Those of us who are not Boise State fans are allowed to jest.  Real “fans” would not and should not.
