Remember a few months when Jon put the NO TRESPASSING sign up at their home forbidding TLC’s camera crew from filming the children? He said that his children were being exploited by TLC and Kate. Kate did not want to stop filming. The kids did not want to stop filming. Well TLC prepared Jon for a breech of contract law suit. This was going to cost Jon big.
Now all of a sudden, he is going to permit his children to be on the Kate plus 8 series without him in exchange for TLC not suiing him.
