Ichiro

Just wanted to give Ichiro kudos. With his 200th hit last night he is 10 for 10, tying him with Pete Rose for most 200 hit seasons. Rose did it in 20. This guy has an outside shot at 3,000 even though he came into the league at 28. I know he’s a superstar and gets plenty of recognition, but I think many of us overlook him as one of the best hitters of our generation because he doesn’t hit homeruns.

Anyways kudos to Ichiro, the only Japanese player to live up to his hype.
