In the midst of a messy divorce, TMZ.com reports Dennis and Victoria Hopper got word from a judge Thursday morning that Victoria must stay 10 feet away from Dennis, his son Henry, his daughter Marin, and his assistant Emily Davis.
In addition to steering clear of her soon-to-be ex, Victoria was told she may not enter the main Venice, Calif., home where Dennis resides.
Hopper was awarded visitation rights to their daughter, Galen for two hours every day while Victoria scored exclusive use of their 2002 Jaguar.
Dennis is battling advanced prostate cancer and contends that Victoria has “repeatedly subjected [him] to severe emotional distress.”
