I really cant blame anybody… It was my fault for putting every thing into my business… It was a dream that was starting to work pretty good… I should have played it smarter…

It’s a shame what this nation has become but I think it’s a bit premature to completely blame the current administration since the real effects of political change are often not felt for years.
What I really don’t understand is how is this Obama’s fault. I don’t like political debates as like religion it’s no-win. It’s not even been a year since inauguration. On the other hand, yes I agree that I don’t like the administration’s handling of the economy. There had been signs out there for years. Check Lindsey Williams Fortunately I heeded. Last years crash was foretold months in advance. I sold all of my stock at peak in 08/08 and was debt free with a good amount left over.

excatly..the value of the home decreases but yet the payments still go up..why couldn’t obama put a temp freeze on this..mortage companies are above the law and find so many loop holes..saxon lost our escrow account and flat out refuses to look into it..mean time we didn’t know and a year later send us a foreclouser letter..then they worked something out with us, because of there fault now we have to pay 400 more a month
Yes… It is sad… Its all about $… Some people just dont care… Instead of Home Make Over shows… We should have Save The Home Shows… Give people some kinda hope… Not hand outs… Just hand ups…
we have saxon mortage and they screwed us over big time some times I think they rather foreclose than anything
things will turn out over time but with the right attitude it will take less time so just know you will be winning again shortly. remember who you are and beleive me when i say you are a tryer and therefore a winner. keep trying and you will be fine.i guess right now it is very orerwhelming but that will pass and you will be able to see clearly again where you are headed and where you want to go.

it is really important to step up and show people first hand what is happening. the more this is exposed the more it will be understood and hopefully the sharks will die from hunger! i think it is great and very noble to help others when you are not doing so great yourself. a real testiment to you man!

hey man, i’m up here in Canada and yeah things seem the same here. the whole system seems designed to pad the pockets of the ones with the biggest pants. just keep on truckin’ with the projects when you find someplace new to live, and keep big brother at bay… hopefully you can get everything vidertaped and put up on the net so that these fatcats and their greedy attempt at politics are put up for the general public to see.

The problem with america right now is that walstreet exec’s got super greedy and menipulated the system and the white house is there puppet show. I know people in my family that bought a house in 05 and now are trying to get rid of it because there in over there heads and stuck with a house they can’t even afford in the next 6 months because the interest alone will put them out. The problem like you said they have money coming in but no help because they have jobs. Back words economy
