Should Shanahan remain head coach?

When Mike was 1st hired,I must admit I was excited to have him.But after watching him over the season,I have my doubts.Play calling is questionable, whatever happened to time management? Calling  a time out and then getting  flagged for a delay of game penalty is ridicules.Look at everything Shanahan has already done this season.Playing mind games with the players, keeping them from knowing who will be the starting QB and using players as scapegoats.Firing the punter(who has been ok all season)because he missed 1 hold that made Gano miss an extra point which would have tied the game.Let us not forget who missed 2 field goals earlier in the game which would have given them the win.Gano who has already missed 10 field goals this season.Several of those would have given the skins a win or tied the game and yet Shanahan says he has alot of confidence in his field goal kicker(Really) .You must also question many of the players Shanahan brought into camp.ie Larry johnson,Willie parker, Joey galloway,Bobby Wade, etc etc.As a head coach are you not supposed to inspire your team and not divide them.Are you not supposed to utilize  the talent thats on  your team has and not ask them to perform things they cannot?The more I watch what the Shanahns do the less impressed i am…………………
