It was nice while it lasted , having a third team in the AL east to mix it up with , and a serious contender to boot .  But , look at us now Ma!

 After losing (as expected) perhaps 7, and soon 8 regulars : OF Carl Crawford, first baseman Carlos Peña, closer Rafael Soriano and up to six other prime relievers via free agency (and potentially trade away shortstop Jason Bartlett, as well as OF upton and SP Garza ?)

Maybe the O’s can pick up where the Rays left off ?  Toronto Has a Glimmer of chance too. As it stands now it’s back to Yanks and Sox going toe to toe for the division title?
