Listening to ESPN radio the other night when Kerry Collins announced his retirement, they mentioned the fact that, right now, he stands at eleventh place all-time in passing yardage. I’ll admit to knowing very little about Collins’ career, so this took me by surprise.
This brought me to this question. Again, referring to my lack of knowledge of his career, is Kerry Collins a HOF quarterback? Of the 10 people above him on the all-time list, only active players (Peyton Manning) and those not yet eligible (Testeverde, Bledsoe and Favre) are not in the Hall. Is total yards enough to get Collins enshrined? Looking for people who know more about him as a player to help me out.
