Please Mods , Lets not wait for 8 months to pass, lets change that Pic up top and get us a good shot of a very good team with a lot of heart! The Cards are the real deal congrats to them and their fans.

I’m happy Lance Berkman got a ring I’ve always liked that guy. Now Ron Washington can take his dugout act ,(running in place skipping, hopping ) and apply it to his audition to “Do you think you can dance!”:smileyvery-happy:

Congrats to the Jets and their fans for an exciting win on an emotional day!  Good teams don’t give up and find a way to win.  It also takes quite a bit of talent to lead by 14 in the 4th qtr and find a way to lose.  On the one hand nobody even gave Dallas a chance in this game.  On the other hand this is the NFL and anything can happen on any given week.  Why in the world is Dez Bryant in the game if he is hurt?  Very dissapointing start. It is funny, as fans we have absolutely no control of anything to do with our teams and yet we feel all the emotions as if we were on the team.  Sometimes I wish I didn’t care so much! Ha

has an OOC game vs. Toledo…….at least they’re willing to play an in-state school……i’m totally bored with Bama and Auburn vs. kent and utah st.  ——–c’mon tide and tigers, spice it up for the fans and play troy / uab / jax. st / a&m etc…..

Last season when the Saints played the Vikings the Vikings were plus 4 in the turnover ratio and won by 3 points.  This year in the playoffs the Saints were plus 4 in the turnover ratio and won by 3 points.  Pretty evenly matched in both years.  It was a good but rough game and my hats off to the Vikings and their fans.  They put up a heck of a fight.   Lcash

I said it before, These guys are to overpaid for a GAME!! They know what they are risking, to play the GAME. Why should the fans have to pay these guys to risk their bodies and heads (TBI). Well, good luck…….With the gas prices going up, will it be worth spending more money for a day at the game……………

Pretty disappointed with the game today.  Not in the game itself overall, it was close, but with how certain things were handled by the Yankees and their fans.    When Martin went to try and catch that ball near the dugout 2 Twins coaches were over there bracing his fall to make sure he didn’t get hurt.  When Martin was helped back up he just turned away without an acknowledgement of thanks or anything.   But what REALLY ticked me off was the lack of class when Nishioka broke his leg today.  Not by Swisher, the guy was just doing his job, sure it was a little hard of a slide, but it was clean.  What made me mad was the lack of support from the fans when Nishi had to be helped off the field by two comrades without the slightest bit of acknowledgement from the crowd.  Correct me if I am wrong, but is it not the classy, and right thing to do when a player is injured to clap/ cheer for them when they come off the field, especially if they can’t even come off on their own power?  Lack of class there… pretty disappointed.

i hope all the millionaires can think smart, come to terms, its that simple, years ago when they had a scab season people wanted football so bad they watched that crap,i honestly dont think that will work again, the fans are loyal, but dont be throwing no name football at us again,if they would not come to some kind of agreement and go scab football again i think the nfl will lose a lot of fans for good, people are already upset the amount of money the players make already and if the players make that much how much do the owners make?and all that money comes from the fans.I M O.

the packers are a proven championship team, congrats to the coach’s,the team and the fans, this buds for you.

I’m glad to see at least one player in the league is willing to compromise with the owners. And call out the stubborn NFLPA”S    leader Demaurice Smith. The economy is down and  it is affecting the revenue of the NFL and the owners. People are losing their jobs and their homes right and left.  So why cant the players take a pay cut .?  Matt Hasselbeck is coming to the end of his career in football and he wants to milk every buck out of his contract. Antonio Cromartie is saying he just wants to play and give us fans our football. What a difference between the attitudes of younger hungry players who are just eager to play the game and make a name for themselves and the older veterans who only care about what the game can give them and not what they can give the game.Back in the beginning of football the great players made a decent living but never became wealthy men. If the NFLPA  is unwilling to negotiate a contract and avoid a lock out next season. Then they will be sending a clear message to their fans . That they could care less about the fans and their economic woes and that ” SELFISHNESS” and ” GREED” are the name of the game not ” FOOTBALL” .

as march sneaks up on us rapidly the nfl and players union have not come to some kind of agreement, that could mean no football next year, this happened about 20 years ago, each team called back all the players that were cut and some snuck players from the canadian football league, every sunday there was games as scheduled, but the fans had no clue who they were cheering for,yes they cheered their teams but knew none of the players.as much money as they make why would they strike? imo i want to watch the nfl next year but not if its not the players we are used to watching..remember the fans pay for these rediculos salaries,i for one cant afford to go to a game.how high will we let ticket prices go.maybe the ncaa, the bcs championship has been good, and college is a lot cheaper and theres more games to watch,
