I have watched several of the early spring training games and while I’m yet to be impressed by any upcoming rookie the veterans seem to be further along then I would expect this early. I quess I was really impressed by Halliday of the Phillies. He just started the spring looking filthy against the Yankees. I’m glad he’s over in the N.L now.

Let’s see how long it takes the NFL forum picture to be changed to one of Drew Brees, the Saints, etc. The Patriots photo never came down even after the Giants beat them in the SB, yet Roethlisberger’s pic went up nearly immediately. The MLB forum still shows the Phillies even though they were dethroned months ago. Any predictions?
HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. We’re actually closer to pitchers and catchers reporting than we are to the end of the World Series. How can the picture NOT have been changed? It’s laughable that there have been threads locked for not being “baseball-oriented in content” but apparently the powers-that-be have so little baseball knowledge that they think the Phillies are still world champs. Unbelievable. And the fact that this has been brought up so many times by so many people just makes the fact that the pictures hasn’t been changed even more petty.
