Nicked Up!

I always wonder this time of the year if it isn’t just the team that is the least nicked up that wins the Super Bowl.  Is the "survivability factor" the 13th man on the field right after the crowd?

What do you think is dumber…having the Pro Bowl prior to the Super Bowl or having an NFL team give up a regular season home game to play in London, England?

Brett is having a great time now. But I think the Saints are going to march in. This will help N’Orleans to get over Katrina!!

Love em or hate em?   I used to hate em. The man is "undefeated". Always constructive, well researched point making.

Have you noticed how badly the "experts" have been predicting many of these playoff games?  I don’t believe any of these guys that have spent their entire lives steeped in professional football as players, coaches, and commentators anymore and you would think that they would know.  I heard one ESPN guy say that he went 0 for 4 last week and he does this for a living.    Its my opinion that none of these games are as predictable as they seem.  What is it that they say, "On any given Sunday" — it is even more true this season.

there is nothig more dmac can do for the birds …how many chances do you think a qb should have ..certainly not eleven …times up donavan …mcnabb will go on to choke out some more teams playoff hopes and then retire .

:smileywink:First AFC Champion,   Indy will have their hands full this weekend, the Jets have some confidence, after the win that lead Indy to a spat of drama of 19-0.  The loss will not be avenged if the Jets keep it close which with the D’ playin the way they are it will be Jets 28- Colts-24.  Colts won’t make up the loss nor will they catch the Jets.  This weekend they will kick away and regret not taking the ball first.    :smileysurprised   The Vikings have spent and hoped for this day the chance to redeem the o4er that is the record of superbowl games.  last being many year ago,  it will remain such for the Saints will roll this one for they will be the Broadway or Bourbon st Wonders that Brees through the NFC Championship and Super Bowl.  It will be  Saints-35  Vikes-31  People will compare this one to the Cowboys and 49′er’s better days.  The Bowl   Saints 33  Jets 16  The Rookie will not be able to overcome the media hangover nor the Saints pass rush.  Brees will be stoking it early and often 7 field goals keep the scoring down for both teams and it interesting for the most part until a 4th Qtr. TD by KO Return…
